How Does Your Body Become Alkaline? (or Too Acidic)

Your body may become acidic by many ways but the two main ones are:

  1. The foods we eat. (soda, meats, coffee, chocolate, flour, sugar)
  2. The amount of stress in the body.

So How to Make your Body Alkaline

  1. The food we eat such as coffee, chocolate or processed sugar are too acidic and these are what allow diseases, tumours and unhealthy organisms etc grow, because these grow in acidic states. Therefore, tumours are able to grow in an acidic state and damaged cells are unable to repair as quick. So, turning your body into an alkaline state is beneficial in many ways such as, repairing damaged cells quicker, not allowing tumours to grow in the body and increasing fatigue and illness.
  2. The amount of stress in our bodies, you can decrease this in many ways such as going for a walk, eating ginger or go out with friends. Having too much stress can increase acid within the body due to stress diverting blood away from the gut to feed the muscle and the brain so the body can run away or fight to survive threat.
